She graduated with her Bachelor\u2019s in English from Westminster College, a Master\u2019s in Communications from Cal State Fullerton, and a Master\u2019s through the MACC program at the University of Utah. Heidi worked the \u201cfestival circuit\u201d for years in ticketing\/accounting fields at Tribeca, Los Angeles Film Festival, and the Twilight Concert Series, before ultimately setting up at \u201chome,\u201d working for Sundance as Senior Manager of Ticketing Operations and co-Director of Operations of Sundance\u2019s L.A. Festival NEXT FEST. She\u2019s been at PTC for over eight years, and is extremely proud of the art we create.
