Ticket Exchanges<\/h4>

Single Ticket buyers may exchange tickets for another performance of the same play by calling the box office at least 48 hours prior to the performance date and paying a $5.00 per ticket fee.<\/p>

S<\/strong>eason Ticket Holders<\/b> and Pass Holders<\/b> may exchange their tickets for another\u00a0performance of the same play at no cost (except if there is an increase in the price) by calling\u00a0the box office at least 48 hours prior to the performance date. Subsequent changes for that\u00a0production will be subject to a $5 per ticket fee.<\/p>

Tickets are non-refundable.<\/b><\/p>

Ticket Donations<\/h4>

You may donate your tickets, helping yourself and Pioneer Theatre Company. If you are unable to attend a production, make a tax-deductible gift of your tickets so that we may re-sell them. Call the Box Office prior to the performance.<\/p>

Children<\/h4>

Children under five years of age are not permitted in the theatre.<\/p>

Electronic Devices<\/h4>

Please turn off all electronics. Wristwatch alarms and cellular phones must be turned off (not simply set to \u201cvibrate\u201d or \u201csilent\u201d) in the theatre. Even if silent, cellular phones can interfere with our wireless equipment. If you might be paged or need to be reached during a performance, please leave your exact seat location with the Box Office. The number for emergency calls is 801-581-6963.<\/p>

Texting<\/b>\u00a0is particularly disturbing to performers and your fellow patrons. Please do not send\u00a0or receive texts during any performance.<\/p>

Recorders and cameras<\/b> are not allowed at any performance.<\/p>

Smoking<\/b> is not allowed in any University building.<\/p>

Curtain Time<\/h4>

Evening performances begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Monday \u2013 Thursday and 7:30 p.m. on\u00a0Friday and Saturday. Saturday matinees are at 2:00 p.m., but please check your ticket, or with\u00a0the box office, as occasionally, start times do change. Please avoid arriving after curtain. To\u00a0avoid disturbing other patrons, latecomers will not be seated until a scene or act change, and\u00a0may not be seated in their assigned seats until intermission. This policy has been instituted at\u00a0the request of many of our patrons.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Lees Main Stage at the Simmons Pioneer Memorial Theatre<\/h4>

Pioneer Theatre Company performs on the Lees Main Stage, a 932-seat proscenium theatre\u00a0in the Simmons Pioneer Memorial Theatre. The theatre is divided into 3 sections\u2014Main Floor,\u00a0Loge and Balcony.<\/p>

The Main Floor and Loge have no center aisle\u2014an arrangement referred to as \u201cContinental\u00a0Seating.\u201d Because of this, these two sections have excellent leg room.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Meldrum Theatre at the Einar Nielsen Field House<\/h4>

In March 2024, PTC inaugurated a new venue: the Meldrum Theatre at the Einar Nielsen Field House. The Meldrum, a mid-size theatre with 380 seats and a thrust stage, offers a more intimate theatregoing experience for contemporary pieces and new works.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
